Surprise staff with extra time off

The Power of Appreciation in Boosting Employee Performance

While you think employees are motivated by money (which they are), ALL are motivated by appreciation. Employees want to be thanked for a job well done or thanked for just being a part of the team. You know what I’m talking about.

So next time, instead of a pat on the back, show an employee your appreciation for a job well done by giving her or him some extra time off. You will be amazed at the results you will get, not to mention the goodwill it will generate within the office.

I again stress this point: the medical practices that are “best performers” are the ones that do the best at human resources!
