A total of 80% of divorce attorneys in a recent poll said they had seen an increase in prenuptial agreements during the past five years. The survey, taken by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, also found that 65% said that prenuptial agreements are most often sought by men and women between 40 to 60 years old, indicating that Baby Boomers are most likely to seek these contracts.
