The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission on Thursday released its report to Congress on its recommendations for Medicare updates for 2008. For both inpatient and outpatient services, MedPAC recommends updates equal to the hospital market basket implemented concurrently with a quality incentive payment program. Read more.
